Plans
Composite Rebars are specialist items which must be clearly defined within the engineering design. Many design engineers are defining mateenbar TM on plans with the abbreviation MTB
Examples:
MTB 16 defines a mateenbar TM of 16mm diameter.
MTB 16 - 2832 defines the diameter and length of a straight piece of mateenbar TM (in mm)
MTB#4 defines the diameter of a mateenbar TM on an imperial plan
Definitions for angles, stirrups and specialist shapes should be discussed wih our technical experts.
